We designed our entire process in order to be the most pleasant buying experience for our shoppers. No registering. No expiring quotes. No applets for you to download and move things around. No things to upload. No errors in previewing your final product. Just several easy, common-sense steps:

Shop around and build your
shopping cart.

Our store is so functional that you can get in any point of it in no more than three clicks. You can browse our collections either by themes or by formats. Once you select one of our editions, you can easily change quantities for the calendars themselves, mailers or inserts associated. The total amount for your selection is always displayed in the shopping cart.

Preview the shipping cost, therefore the entire amount you would be charged.

The only thing you have to do to see the shipping value associated with your cart is to select the country and province or state for your destination. For the United States destinations there is also a priority shipping option. That's it. No registration or any other information for you to fill in.

Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the number of calendars in your shopping cart as well as the weight and volume of the shipping box associated.

Securely pay through PayPal. You DO NOT NEED to have a PayPal account.

Once you confirm all the information of your order you will be redirected to the PayPal's website which will process your credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal Account in order to make the payment and your registration is not mandatory.

PayPal verifies that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available), so your transaction is safe. By using PayPal you stay safer - we get the money without seeing sensitive financial details.

Automatically return to our website.

After your payment is securely processed, you will be redirected to our website where you will get the confirmation in respect to the order number, PayPal transaction number, the amount billed as well as the paying email account (if you have a PayPal Account). The content of this page will also be sent to your email address provided along with the associated invoice.

A representative will contact you in person to personalize your calendars.

From this point 7calendars.com will personally get in touch with you through one of our account managers. We believe that a personal contact from our part through one of our representatives will eliminate errors caused by communication via an automated responding system. You have to provide us the content of the personalized elements (logo, fonts, copy text).

A .pdf proof will be send to you
for approval.

A .pdf proof will be send to you for approval. We will not pass to the production stage unless we have your approval. The entire project will be presented as a .pdf file and sent to you for review. Please note that your approval consists in the acceptance of the logo colors (the correct color scheme), fonts - in case you have provided your corporate fonts - and imagery. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information you personalize (e.g. company information, copy text).

On the other hand, we will not transform the approval process into a complete redesign process by rearranging the elements on the page (logo, copy text), enlarging fonts or switching images. However, we are able to create a specific project which can be the subject of this kind of redesign. This entire new process will be charged separately and please contact us in case you consider we may help you.
